We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality dental treatment possible. We are better able to focus on quality care when we keep our bookkeeping and collection costs to a minimum. We ask for payment in full when services are rendered. If you have dental insurance we ask for your patient portion of the fee at time of service. We do not render our services on the basis that insurance companies will pay all of our fees. Minors are expected to have the responsible party pay their portion at the time of service.
As a courtesy we accept most insurance plans but are not preferred providers with any plan. We are happy to file your dental insurance for you. You are responsible for payment in full of any balance remaining after 30 days. All professional services are charged directly to the patient and are the patient’s responsibility.
A charge will be made for failed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notification. Once an appointment has been made, please remember this time has been reserved for you.
